Leadership 101

Participants become more aware of what soft skills are (communications, flexibility/adaptability, time management, problem solving, leadership, collaboration, and work ethics) and how utilizing them can be advantageous in school or on a job. Participants are challenged to practice using the skills daily and reflect on what went well; then reflect on what and how they need to improve their skill set. This real-life-in-real-time learning allows participants to feel the success of being problem solvers, learn what it feels like to manage their lives, and understand the value of being an effective leader in their world.
